Very disappointed with recent service. Went to pick up an emergency prescription and an 'owing' prescription from 2.5 weeks ago.I was handed the emergency medication and told that they were no longer able to get the 'owing' prescription and to go back to the Dr for an alternative. I was then very abruptly informed that I need to give at least a weeks notice for prescriptions to be processed. How on earth can you predict an illness a week in advance! And the other owing prescription was from 2.5 weeks ago!Normally I'm served by the lovely ladies who are extremely helpful, this time it was the male pharmacist who is usually behind the counter. His customer service skills are lacking, think he's best suited behind the counter!

I have been using Morrisons, Penrith at least once a week for the past 9 years. Now I need help and all I am getting is be put to one side each time I phone. My question is simple "HOW CAN I BE CHARGED £4.00p FOR ONE ITEM AND £14.00p FOR A SIMILAR ITEM OF DOG FOOD IN MY HOME DELIVERY INVOICE". When I phone all I get is an automated phone transfer. I ordered my shopping to be delivered which it said it was doing, then I got a message saying I needed to pick it up between 10 and 11 where I ordered roast beef 2 for £3:50 And I got peppered him which I do not eat but yet the shelves were full of roast beef!

Great service. Nothing's too much trouble for the staff particularly when dealing with customer problems - in my case sorting out a temporary shortage of pain killing pills. A big thank-you to a team of professionals.

Appalling customer service. Elderly blond haired lady in the petrol station seriously needs to look at her attitude, worst customer service ever. Shouts and balls at a 17 year old girl just passed her test and filling her car for the first time as apparently the petrol station will go boom with her mobile phone in her hand. Then when spoken to denies it, didnâ??t like it when an adult spoke to her about the rubbish attitude ringing for the manager to come and speak to me instead to fight her battle. I suppose if you pay peanuts you get monkeys and this member of staff was an insult to a monkey.

Don't expect to get all your weekly or big shopping at Penrith store at one time due to empty shelves not getting filled.Stock rotation very poor very often find chilled items (yoghurts, cheese and cooked meats) out of date by a day or even 3 week when you go to the back of the shelves.Store managers very unhelpful when you try to ask for help.

Always found the staff very pleasant to me but then you treat people in the way you wish them to treat you Very honest staff Cant see what the problem is with some people oh well takes all kinds to mak a world I suppose
