PBR replaced a damaged rear bumper for me, comms were excellent throughout and the paint work appears as good as factory. Would happily recommend.

Excellent service, highly recommend. Staff are friendly and helpful, they provided me with a spotless courtesy car with no hassle at all. Altogether the repairs took about 2 months but they did an absolutely amazing job. One member of staff even noticed that one of my break lights was out as I was driving it away and they stopped me and got it fixed on the spot. Thank you PBR ??

Penrith Body Repairs have done a very superior paint repair job on my campervan. There were a number of areas on the van which needed attention including removing the windscreen to ensure that the work could be done properly.All the staff (Catherine, Tony, Alan, Johnson) were professional, friendly and paid great attention to detail and I can thoroughly recommend this company to anyone needing paint repairs to their vehicles.John

After I got my car back after a front end collision (car reversed into me) 3 months later, my alternator broke after a week.The way the car was took off the transporter was shambolic, couldn't get the ramp to go down so insisted on bouncing my car off the road. A week later I put screen wash in, it leaked straight out. So they hadn't replaced that!! Just took it for an mot and it's failed on the front bumper looking like it may come off at anytime due to the "awful glue" they have used. Only used them because that's where the orher party's insurance insisted it went. Please avoid, awful to use and shocking response from them. Complete waste of time!!Service: Body & Trim

Recently put my commercial van in for a repair and paint job. On picking it up I noticed they had not completed all the job as agreed. Very disappointed :-( So why the 5 star review? I think you can really tell how good a company is when things go wrong, they held their hands up immediately, and booked the van in to redo the job. Excellent friendly, service. It took quite a while to book the car in for the repair but when I finally took it in Catherine was very efficient and friendly. She kept me informed throughout and although there was a slight delay in the repair, the vehicle was well repaired.Services: Painting
