I've just had a parcel thrown through my window, the post man didn't even attempt to knock on the door. I have his name as Tom Owens, I asked him what he thought he was doing? He shrugged, mumbled something and walked off.

Getting worse, everything I order gets delivered to a mystery address then I have to try to find where they delivered it. Seriously think the posties need to learn to read so they can deliver to correct address

The opening hours are pathetic. The delivery office used to be open pretty much 8-4pm weekdays, but since covid they went down to this bad joke of a timetable and they have failed to open properly since. Why ? There is still the same number of staff at the post office. I guess they just cant be bothered.

Have you seen the opening times!! Not the staff to blame, but management at some level. The Royal mail are fighting for survival against couriers and how do they address competitivity? Close the collections office 80% of the day. Not clever.

Ordered contact lenses, can't get to them because the collection office is always bloody closed, I work its almost impossible to get there in the few times it's open, ridiculous!!!

Got a parcel. But we were both at work. Went on Monday and my daughter said it was closed. Do went today it was closed. Only open 2 hours on a Monday and Tuesday. I understand that they are working reduced hours but people have to work and go when they can. It would be helpful if they updated website. Then people will know.

Missed my delivery because of college, here it says they are are open. They are NOT open and now I have to wait another 3 days because they couldn't simply leave the package at my door because they can't be arsed to go up some stairs.
