  Always very helpful for me , been a customer for 33 years , and sometimes there is a que when you go in but they do thier best and always apolagise for the wait you have had , if i had a problem would have moved my cutom by now , remember they are human like us not robots , keep up the good work xxx

  Possibly the worst building society and estate agents in the UK. The service is terrible, unorganised chaos. It never was like this until they merged.
