I manage to purchase a brown strap off the Internet so I could see if Timpsons could replace the clasp on it for me, I was not holding out for a successful outcome. How wrong was I. I took it into Neil at Whitehaven who said yes it can be done but won't be as neat. How wrong was I. I can't even tell which side has been replaced. Neil has done a perfect job.
