Never have I received such shockingly awful customer service. Went to pick up an Ebay parcel. Didn't have the collection code (this is becsuse the parcel wasn't scanned by Londis) but had a photo of the parcel as sent to me by Evri when it was delivered. I was asked for ID - showed my bank card - was told this is not acceptable (even though it was the last time that I picked up a parcel there) so had to get photo ID. Was then asked for my collection code - explained that they hadn't scanner the parcel. They said they had. I ended up having to call ebay customer services. They confirmed that the parcel hasn't been scanned. They asked to speak to the Londis employee - who then started to ignore me - like, wouldn't look at me, speak to me - even turned his back on me! I had to ask a different employee (who must've been working at the Subway outlet there) to speak to the ebay rep - after a couple of minutes, I was handed my phone back by the employee and the ebay rep told me that they had received similar reports from this location. His advice was to use an alternative collection point.The original employee finally handed over my parcel with a grunt.Pointless in making a complaint as it's a franchise and owned by this ignorant individual. Highly recommend to avoid at all costs.

Noisy aircon over warm rooms poor breakfast bacon and blackpudding both dried out and nothing on the plate was hot.Handy to stay if you're doing a concert in Nottingham. £149 a bit pricey as was the wine.
