staff polite but not good at getting prescription waiting 3 weeks still not got one, do not reply to emails. Not helpful in communication

Several times we have been here because the doctors couldn?t see me or my children, I just want to take my time and say what a fantastic place, regardless of whether they are busy or not- each customer is treated with respect and kindness from all members of staff. If all pharmacies were like this the world would be a better place. Even on the busiest of times they go the extra mile. Mo is fantastic and a credit to the team- he needs a special mention because he?s never in a rush to throw you out the door like most pharmacies in the area I?ve been to- he listens and actually cares . 5* Most definitely and I hope it is recognised by the community.

Always such a warm friendly welcome. I have attended over the last few months for symptoms I can?t see the doctor for.Rachel the young lady on the front is truly amazing. Goes above and beyond. Mo is so professional and kind, nothing is too much trouble. Thanks for the continued care.

This is what an awesome pharmacy should be like. Excellent service: friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Each time I've been looking for something they had it (I cannot say the same about other pharmacies).This is literally the best pharmacy in this area! 10/10

What an amazing service, went in for micro ear suction and the nurse was just unbelievably professional and friendly, could not recommend this service more if I tried!As a swimmer getting swimmers ear was a nightmare a few months back, this has led on to build up in my left ear!Absoloute night and day difference now and I was in/out 15 minutes max. thank you riddings pharmacy 10/10 without fail

The Pharmacist at Riddings is very approachable and will readily offer advice where necessary. He is friendly and very sociable. In my opinion he is the best Pharmacist I have ever dealt with.
