Absolutely incredible! The help we received whilst picking out Suits for our wedding was amazing! Paul in particular could not do enough for us, nothing was to much trouble. Amazing service!I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman called Nick about getting a tuxedo, he was so knowledgeable and checked stock for me straight away.When I attended a few hours later, he clearly remembered our conversation and was extremely helpful. I had a very good experience instore today. Chris W greeted me but wasn't pushy at all. I required alot of help being in the outdoor equipment industry and not having anything remotely smart for the event.Chris gave me his thoughts on design and colour as well as having it for different occasions with just a change of shoe and tie colour. I got suited up and took a quick snap (which Chris also did for me) for approval from the family, again.. no clue what i should have been wearing.. Big thumbs up from everyone so Chris must have done something right making a suit, suit me. I was going to shop about, but the one on one service made all the difference. I bought the suit and left happy. Thanks again Chris.

Ok and helpful staff but as it's an outlet you don't get the availability of sizes you might need. Also the trousers I saw had been on the hanger so long there was a shiny stripe across the legs where it had been in contact.

Poor quality suits bad fitting these are not made to measure suits they are just jacket and trousermatching which you can do at M&S whose quality is much better.

Very positive experience. The staff there were very good and helpful. We've finally discovered where Jeff Banks' shirts are available to buy. Overall would certainly recommend for the customer experience and quality clothing.

I went to the East Midlands Outlet branch and browsed around the shop. I was the only customer. Three staff stood by the tills including the store Manager. I tried making eye contact and looking for help. The precise time to as 17:22. Eventually after being ignored, I approached the staff by that time there were two members of staff left ? Sam & Chris ? excluding the store manager. When I approached the till the staff wasn?t bothered. I asked them are you going to ask me if I need help, at that point he said how can I help you. I request for a Manager, he went and got the store Manager for me. After confronting the store manager the lady staff says in front of the store manager ? some customers come in here to make trouble ? and this is the behaviour of the staff. I request the Store Manager for an email so that I can complain. I later stood Blount side and absorb that customers that went in were seen by the staff immediately. Perhaps Suit Directs don?t value their customers or don?t need customers with the behaviour of the staff and Althea store Manager. I will be making an official complaint to the company to hear what they have to say clearly the CCTV footage can speak for it self. As I said I?m recording this they straight away ran away the pic was taken from outside the private premises of the shop the store Manager trying to hide and the other two staff also decided to hide, why hide if not guilty?

3rd time of going into this store. Everytime they were not very busy, but every time no one spoke to me, not even to ask if I needed help, which I did. I wanted a longer length waistcoat for work. I shouldn't be hunting down help! They knew I was there, but just carried on like I was invisible. Disappointed. Store was clean and tidy and the stock looked good.

Went in on very short notice. The gentleman that helped me was very professional. Told him the color scheme I was looking for and he managed to pick out the perfect piece suit for me! 45 mins is all to took to get full suited up.
