As the owners of the business, we feel it?s our duty to listen to what our customers have to say to help grow our wonderful business. And in some cases defend our wonderful business (luckily it?s in very few cases)With that being said, this is a fantastic salon that both Adena and Lisa are very proud to own. And have done for many years.We give thorough professional advice, and carry out a service that is best to what we feel we can provide. We do things to suit hair that we feel will be the best and realistic options to do, and we explain this in every consultation.With well over 50 years of experience between us, and years of continuous and on going training, we carry out a service that is honest and realistic with what hair types we are working with, and we charge accordingly for time and experience.(Please bare in mind, some of these are being done from home prior to coming to our salon, which both takes time to rectify and keep the hair in good condition whilst doing so)We have a fabulous team and exceptional clientele, and we Thankyou for all your constant support Unfortunately in the very rare circumstance, we cant please everyone, especially the ones who don?t sit in on the consultations.We take on board and Thank anyone for genuine feedback to help our company grow ?

My 81 year old mother had her hair coloured as the blond was looking yellow. Nice colour but still yellow underneath at the back and on her fringe. The cost of £104 was ridiculous and very strange they don't have a card machine especially when taking large amounts of money. Its our fault we didnt ask what the cost would be but definitely not go back.

My daughter had her hair bleached blonde a year ago and loved the colour, went in a second time asked for blonde again but this time it came out dark blonde, completely different to the picture my daughter showed Lisa so I went in to discuss that my daughter was not happy with it which resulted in to a confrontational argument, cost my daughter £115. Finally they offered me 25% off a year later!! My daughter Doesn?t feel comfortable going back after the rude attitude Lisa showed towards myself and my daughter.I messaged my complaint saying can we resolve this issue some how but no response which I find very unprofessional!!Service: Hair highlighting
