“This place is one of my favorite shops in the town. I’ve been shopping here for over 20 years, and it’s always somewhere I nip in for home or kitchen items, as they sell some of the best brands, which is fabulous, because good quality lasts a long time. For a small, independent shop, they have a brilliant variety.I often go to the cafe for lunch, and it’s a beautiful setting with a touch of Victorian glamour.Martin, Kelly and all the staff are so lovely and I enjoy a weekly chat when I go.”

“Not the biggest store I've ever been in but it had everything I needed. I went to collect an item, pressed the button for assistance and was attended to within 30 seconds. 15 seconds after that another member of staff came to assist me. Everywhere was clean and tidy and at the time I went there was enough staff to deal with everything from serving to assisting and stocking shelves.”
