I visited Vision Express in Buxton for an eye test.During the test - I was made aware of a slight blind spot in one of my eyes.Steve, one of the testers- immediately asked me if I could care to take a 3D OCT test - which highlighted a peripheral damage on the retina. .He then arranged for an eye assessment at an NHS. Centre - which I visited 3 days later.Thank you vision express for your quick and professional service.

The staff at the Buxton branch are excellent, frames are a bit expensive but the service was better than Specs Savers, I went with the Land Rover brand of frames, good deal half price second pair, I would recommend.

I'm really impressed with the quality of service at the Buxton branch of Vision Express. I had my eyes tested by Amanda, who explained the procedure and gave me advice regarding the changes in my vision. Philippa was very helpful when I was choosing my new glasses, and when they were due to be collected I phoned and spoke to Caitlin who checked, and my glasses were fitted the same day. Very good service. ?

Thank you especially to the head optician I am sorry I don?t know his name but he is in the Buxton branch and he is excellent, never over sells always makes me feel comfortable easy to have a giggle with all the things you want from an appointment as it?s makes some thing that?s necessary and tedious go quickly and makes me feel more relaxed as I know there won?t be any unnecessary extra expense. I went to see the optician Steven Pickering at your Buxton store as I was worried about my sore red eyes. He gave me a thorough examination and reassured me that my condition was common and I purchased a kit to remedy my ailment. As always he was knowledgeable, considerate, attentive and friendly.

Lovely staff, think it was Claire who saw to me. Super helpful and knowledgeable and even juggled done things round so I could be seen that day. Star service all round really, would of given 5 stars but I think Vision Express need to look at their pricing structure, super expensive compared to competitors
