Very rude and unhelpful staff. A blonde woman with lots of makeup speaking down to my elderly mum and gaslighting her in to thinking she doesn't know anything about her medication. Very embarrassing and upsetting for my mum.

Very rude staff!... New blonde girl with stupid big eyelashes behind the counter seems like the customer is an inconvenience for her. Very rude, unhelpful and felt like she was judging.This pharmacy used to be a friendly place to go but last few years this place has gone downhill. It's a shame the top Pharmacy closed down because now we have to endure the rudeness of the staff at this one. The staff have been known to also gossip about the customers which is really not suitable in this area of work! The staff need customer service lessons especially the blonde with lashes!

Not very good at all, handed the wrong prescription despite checking the name and address and then checking the address again when it was handed over.

Miserable rude staff who seem to think that customers are an inconvenience to their chatting. Very slow sorting prescriptions from the doctors 50 yards away. Frankly just awful.
