Staff that can?t be bothered to do their job because it?s was 45 mins before closing time, asked to come back tomorrow because she seems to think it takes 3 hours to transfer a phone over to a new one?

Rude staff, my dad went in to find our about sim card deals and was greeted by a very loud and rude member of staff who was shouting across the floor instead of greeting him and being helpful. He walked out the store immediately after her approach. Avoid this store and complain.

Only ever been to store in regards to a warranty repair on an apple product that failed after 6 months of ownership. Things didn?t start off great as after 3 weeks my phone had not been delivered to the repair centre but back to the store. There was confusion at first however the way it was handled from the people in store was top notch. Jack and Shell pulled out all the stops and helped with a situation which normally doesn?t happen which was finding out where my phone was(DPD never delivered to repair centre) unfortunately for me this meant after locating it, having to be sent off again. I understand that it?s not the stores fault so I won?t be critical at that as what mattered most was the service they gave me when resolving the matter and the way everything got handled.\\nIt took a month in total however I got my device replaced as was not fixable anyhow and I thank Jack and Shell for their help/support and would highly recommend their professional, trustworthy characteristics.

I went here for advice for a poorly friend in Liverpool. Social-distancing was observed and, despite the shop being busy, I was helped in a really friendly manner from my position in the doorway.

Rude staff Called in to get a prepay sim card was told they couldn't sell me one without a appointment even though there was no one else in the shop apart from the 2 staff so walked up to the 3 shop to get one with no issues

Had an MOT on my phone which was done pretty quickly and everything was explained well. Staff were cheerful and easy to talk to. Wi?l definitely go back to upgrade when my contract is up. Better experience than on the phone or online.

Dreadful service, avoid this place at all costs. Sent in what you could call my \\\"doddery\\\" father with a full written explanation of what he needed (A basic Sim Swap and moving from basic PAYG to a Flex plan) and the staff could not be bothered with him. They wafted him away and fobbed him off telling him to call 150 from his phone as only they can deal with it. Which is simply not true as i have now spoken to EE after calling 150 from his phone on his behalf (he is hard of hearing) and they confirmed this could and he should have been sorted easily in store. Basically the store staff wafted him away as they knew they were not going to get any commission from a contract sale. Dreadful service, avoid like the plague.

Waited for 15 minutes to see an adviser only to be told that they can't match a rival and didn't even check system. I phoned their online support for a PAC to transfer my number and they matched the offer if their competitor.
