Shocking customer service, you can tell banks are beginning to care about their customers less and less. Just shut all your branches already and move everything online. That way you can save more money. Rubbish.

It was a good relationship but we once had insurance claim in and we found out that at the time they would send someone unrelated to the bank. In torrential rain we developed a leak on our roof. The Lloyds bank advised us to get someone to come and do a quick repair so there would be no more damage and then they would send out an assessor to evaluate the damage. Quick repair £100 for an expedient fix. The assessor came, took some pictures then told us it looked ok to him so he was advising Lloyds there was no claim to be made. It cost us another £400.00 to repair the damage. What did Lloyds say, "We have to be guided by our assessors assessment." I reminded them that it was Lloyds who told us to do a QUICK FIX and they will sort it ASAP. Utter rubbish but my persistence paid off because they now DON'T use any under writers or 3rd party services. They do ALL insurance claims themselves. That still did not get our money back and now we have another insurance company. Will never use Lloyds again. Once bitten was enough.

Had a huge problem that's taken a few weeks to deal with, went in branch today and the ladies in there were so kind, helpful and understanding. The staff couldn't do enough and if I could give ten stars I absolutely would! Thank you (you know who you are ?).

Open for a whole 4.5 hours on weekdays only...ridiculous! Though while paying record low interest rates, Lloyds are still happy to charge customers exorbitant interest rates on borrowing. All the while sending communications claiming that Lloyds are 'there" for customers struggling through the pandemiic In branch customers are steered towards automated systems. If I wished to work in the sector, I'd have sought out a career in banking. How about getting the numerous staff wandering around behind a cashiers desk?

Always helpful.I have been with this bank over 30 years never had any issues. The mobile banking app is good and easy to use.
