Diabolical service. I needed to withdraw more than my card limit in cash and waited and waited and waited and waited until in the end I had to leave as my parking ticket was running out. Terrible

Very poor experience today at Nat West in Chesterfield. The bank business my father needed to do was complicated and I understand the man helping us was probably getting a little overwhelmed and confused but he did not manage this well at all. He became very flustered and rude telling us all to 'take a chill pill' - and no I'm not joking! He was the one who needed to calm down and be professional. Very unprofessional and as a result we will be changing banks.

This branch has today told one of our customers that they think we are a dodgy business and tried putting her off purchasing something from the company I work for. Very very unprofessional when we bank with natwest and we actually sent the customer there in the first place to do the transaction. The bank ended up calling the police for some reason and the police have apologised for wasting our time. Will be writing to natwest head office and complaints team for this slander and defamation. A member of staff from natwest went on their personal phone and showed the customer a review from a business 70 miles away from us telling the customer we are a dodgy business. Cutsomer has since seen through their lies and completed the purchase with us thankfully. She also said she will be making a complaint against the bank for giving this wrong information.

Since lockdown I have only been into the bank a couple of times. Chesterfield experience was easy and great. Literally in the queue for 10 minutes and someone had been and sorted out what I needed doing. Great service thanks. Always friendly and helpful staff.

Utterly ridiculous customer service - Been waiting 2 weeks for something unknown to unlock my card - went the entire Christmas period of 2018 having no banking ability, i work 9-5 like everyone and been told i HAVE to go into branch despite me knowing all my details and pin number.
