This place is a great little community shop. 24 hours, so useful. Don't take much notice of complaints - the staff respond to you in kind, always have a wee chat, ask how you are etc.\\nI'd much prefer to give a 1 star for (rare) some customers who I've witnessed being rude to staff, coming in drunk, not wearing masks...staff are great, all deserve a medal for their shift work \\u0026 key working during lockdown!!

Terribly rude staff. The old bat with the short blonde hair at the till giving me lip because I didn't drag the 10kg bag of coal inside for her to scan. This was despite her having a sheet with the prices and barcodes next to her.\\nLazy.

I went in loggins on Sunday for a paper and a lady in front of me was questioning the cashier why she had served a gent without a mask? She replied he said his mask was broken? Well I?m sorry but he should have been made to purchase another Mask from the shop before being allowed to walk round the shop? Rules and regulations regarding covid are made for everyone, so please loggins no mask no purchase of goods

Ok for a quick shopping trip. Some of the staff are great others are terrible, mardy and depressing.

Friendly and helpful staff, a good range of products, and plenty of parking, are the positive points. A bit pricier than the supermarkets but then that's what you'd expect. Not always open 24 hours as claimed, but pretty much open at any reasonable hour. All in all, a pretty decent convenience store.

Burnt my hand on hot food product while cashier chatting inane stuff to another customer. Thumb and wrist bright red and burning. I asked to let them allow me to pop it under a cold tap. No , apparently there isn't one. Quite where they go to the toilet I do not know as obviously they do not have the facility to wash their hands. I did have some water poured over my hand outside in view of all to see..I was simply told I should have used a basket. Appalling customer service and no first aid training. Luckily I don't live too far and managed to get home and get cold running water on it. Still red but hopefully will not blister.i have tried to call and complain but now answer. I will be complaining

Great little store. Much bigger inside than it looks from the road. Good range of products, and 24hr alcohol license!

Their definition of "OPEN 24hrs needs review"
I work nights and I just popped in to do a quick food shop, but although it was around 5am, they refused to let me in.
I could understand this for a petrol forecourt, but as it is listed as an OPEN spar shop, access is defined in that very statement.
Luckily enough there was a paper shop with some food open only a few minutes walk away, so I shopped there instead.
