Lovely shop, lovely staff - especially Ranjit. She literally brightens the place up, has kind words and comfort for everyone and is the most positive lady you could wish for. She also had the displeasure of serving a very rude customer today... and handled them with more grace than I could have ever hoped to have! She is a genuine diamond and deserves so much happiness. Thank you Ranjit, genuinely, for brightening up Hasland with your smile and personable nature.
