We are tourists from Australia and we went to exchange currency this morning. The young lady in the counter was harsh and rude when she ran out of currency. We told her politely there was no reason to be aggressive and we then moved to the next counter where another staff member helped us out . This kind of behaviour should not be tolerated and the manager needs to address this issue so that it is not repeated by the staff. We honestly wish we can give this place a 0 instead of a 1 . Pretty bad experience

*For the Post Office*I Have no issues with WHSmiths itself. However?.they should sack the post office from that building because they are beyond useless. Today I queued for 20 minutes to get proof of postage for a parcel I was dropping off. The man in his 50s who wears glasses was working on his own? shock! I passed him my parcel which was covered in FRAGILE tape. He then with the style of Michael Jordan slam dunked my parcel into the trolley. I stopped in complete shock. And said ?it clearly says fragile??! He scorned at me and shrugged his shoulders.LIVID!

Terrible. No exaggeration here but I waited an hour to be served. Why is there only one person behind the desk to serve at least 15 people+? Absolute joke.

Picked up a magazine and went to a till to pay and was told it was lottery only and to use the self service. If I?m going to be dictated to on the fact I cannot be served by a human being, I will subscribe and get my magazines delivered rather than WHSmith taking a cut. Absolutely disgusting.

More staff needed! I rang 5 times this morning and no answer, just wanted to check stock of a book which for some unknown reason I couldn't do online. Ended up having to go into store and wait in a queue to ask about stock, young lass wasnt able to check and asked me to find the manager, who was serving at the back of the store, he searched and told me they had no stock, fair enough. I explained to the manager that I tried ringing and he said it was because they papers were late and everyone was busy sorting them out! Shop is way too busy for the small amount of staff they have.

Poor show, Parker pens on the wrong shelf. Slow service, lady with an attitude mentioning no names. Wilco is the cheapest place for Parker pens 100% a standard Parker pens should no more than £4.99 doesn?t matter about the box it is. Fair enough it?s a little bit more fancy or a fountain pens but the standard biro one should be the price. If you?ve stacked them on the wrong shelf, don?t blame me I?m the customer not your master your problem deal with it.
