Cutting services are poor, every time I ask to get something cut, their is always reason why they can?t cut it, the best reason why they couldn?t cut an item was I might not give them the right measurements.

Big and airy store with huge choice of good value products for home and garden improvements. They can also design new kitchens/bathrooms. Friendly staff. Good parking and access too. You can sometimes get a bit lost if you're looking for a small specific item but there are good customer service facilities.

B&Q off the ring road always has a vast range of stock & I was able to get most of what I needed.Plenty of manned checkouts as well as the scan yourself ones.Also ample car parking and a burger van.

Totally ineffective staff didn't care at all when we asked for help So went and spent my money elsewhere when I told the supervisor her response was ok. Only gave 1 star for this store because it was the lowest you could give. Totally the worst BQ store I've ever been in

Got what I wanted from the store, although poorly handled customer service.However after finding a kit open that I wanted to look at and buy, a team member at the store blatently and gruffly said 'Are you buying that?'.Now I mistook this at first not to be directed at me as there was another gentleman closer to the team member, however it was not. The team member repeated this again at me, drawing my attention to his suspecting look and comment.I answered in a non combative way then put the kit away and repackaged as it was meant to be,and then left the store.I brought the other thing required but have instead gone elsewhere for the kit, a loss cause I enjoy shopping in person but experiences like this remind me whilst dealing with a chat bot sometimes is better.Sorry for the long review but after that it was needed, I am going to hope that the team member was on an off day and this isn't the service level expected?
