Love the hot food they do here (The hot dogs are the best( and the fact you can heat up Rustlers Burgers. The food here is better than most places from where I live.

Coming into Derby bus station get some gear for your journey and journey on. Personally a good day out consists of a long bus journey (I recommend the Transpeak to Manchester) a newspaper and note pad, energy drinks and excellent hot food section also chocolate. For alighting passengers this store has respectable prices due to its location, think about essentials on your forward journey those coming from the airport. Look after Derby and Derby will look after you.

Not good because I was queue and only one staff on till. There have two self machine but only cards no cash! If there?s queue of people as need back up otherwise some people miss their bus. Busy time in middle of day (12 - 3pm) must have back up if there?s queue and quiet time which don?t need back up as normal.

Dont go to this shop if you want to be discriminated against moment I walked in was being followed around the shop didn?t even give me the chance to buy anything was feeling that uncomfortable. Poor for saying I come in here pretty much everyday and get along with some of the cashiers so I finally confronted them just for a dark hair lad and a old woman to turn around and say they weren?t following me?my outfit probably cost more than their rent put together absolutely disgusting

A good cafe at Derby Bus Station, located inside the Select Convenience Store. Plenty of seating spaces. There are many options for the food and drinks but they run out of stuff pretty quickly (because of popularity or are they short of supplies??). Still, great coffee and club. Recommend for a coffee break.

Staff was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable being in there, I only brought two items to the counter and the staff member gave me a look as though I just ruined his day, i said thanks goodbye after the purchase, and he just stood there grunting at me, not coming back, id rather buy something from another shop

A convenience store that caters for pretty much everyone, from fresh fruit and vegetables to Rollover Hotdogs, Costa coffee, craft beer and everything in-between.The range of ready to go hot and cold food is huge and well varied as is the range of drinks.Pricing is predictably a bit odd with some items really quite expensive for what it is....on the other hand some items are incredibly good value.Interestingly you'll find that some products are actually Co-op branded.Well worth a visit if you're in need of food whilst waiting for a bus....or if you're a little drunk and need random snacks.

Extremely Rude staff member comes up to me asking me to leave the seating area. I was just waiting for some people in the store and being disabled I'm unable to stand up for very long so I went to sit down. This wasn't the end of it... Next they went to my younger brother and started to ask him to get me to move (I was already planning to move once the people I was with came back). Then they start again with my wife saying that I need to move and start to misgender me at the same time.So to conclude, this staff member was called Frances was ablist and transphobic.

The shop itself was really good with great stock. Didn't have much of a problem at the store. It was the café inside the store that was the issue! Went in to get a quick bite to eat before catching the National Express as I was going away for the weekend. Grabbed a bacon panini to sit in and it was heated and given to me. Had a few bites before realising it tasted really off and had a look inside before realizing the bacon was green and slimy!! It smelled awful so I took it back and the guy at the counter got the manager who didn't even look at it properly and she just told the guy to hand me another one before chucking it in the bin!! The bacon was honestly green I mean it needed a lot more looking into than a quick glance and throwing it away. The other one that came had the same issue (although not quite as bad but still smelled off and had green/silver stripes) Didn't have time to take another back as I would have missed the bus but come on, I mean green bacon? That's appalling. Felt nauseous throughout the journey and the next day but didn't eat enough to get properly food poisoned. Not very nice!

I got kicked out of this store, just because I had entered the store! I was fuming and was told to wait outside for my friend as I wasn?t buying anything. Personally, I find this quite offensive as just because I am a student I was not allowed in the store, even though I had done nothing wrong and had no previous problems with this store. Not to mention that no one else had been kicked out of the store, even though they could?ve also been browsing as I was.
