We have been ordering items in Currys, and I like that they informed us about the estimated timeframe they will arrive for delivery. It allowed me to make plans for that day easier. One time, we needed to return an item to the store for a replacement, and the staff has been very helpful and processed our issue efficiently. The phone support has been helpful as well.

Typical currys store has got a phone number that you can call but goes to a local restaurant. Hope their customer service is not as bad as the wrong phone number

Well, that was an experience! We wanted an air fryer and could have used some informative advice? what a laugh.. we were left trying to see for ourselves for 15 minutes, watched by a half wit with gold chains and tattoos. His contribution, once we had already figured it out, was, ?yeah, a lot go for that one, it?s good value?. He then rang up the sale on his till number, number 15, and then said ? you?ll be alright getting to the car with that?? Which sounds okay but my wife is unstable walking, and I use a walking stick! We were left to struggle out of the shop with our purchase while he stood picking his hooter! Lazy, un-knowledgeable half wit! This has put me off curry?s once and for all. Absolute morons, go to a John Lewis where staff know their products. I?ll get me coat!

Upon contacting your telephone number for Currys Kingsway, retail Park Derby 03445610000. My call was answered by someone with not a perfect English speaking voice and he spoke extremely fast. I then asked him if he would mind talking slightly slower to which he spoke extremely slowly with pauses after every word. . I found this to be very rude and not in keeping with a store such as yours. I had spent a considerable amount of money with your store and had a question to ask. If this person is front of store dealing with enquiries I suggest he has extra training over over from his post.

They don?t even deserve 1 star??????????????????I went there to return my laptop they say it can?t be refunded on anything when it come back from the repair centre it was actually damaged and they literally just give me £40 voucher that was it enough for the damage they cost the staff who worked there they are not helpful, so rude totally not recommended

Went here looking for a TV wall hanging unit. There was plenty of choice but we're very expensive. Had to shop on-line rather than in this shop and found similar items much cheaper.

I tried to speak to a staff member after 27 minutes of waiting, he was an angry little man, early 50?s, hunched over and quite thin. His response was ?I?m putting stock out, you need a sales guy.? as he walked past us and uttered ?c*nts? under his breath. Not the service I expected from Currys but it?s the standard now.There were lots of customers looking over the balcony at staff chatting downstairs but not interested enough to serve people.The service from Taz was fantastic but because we had a broken fridge he directed us to customer services. The lady with glasses on the desk was incredibly rude and unable to help as she was busy watching videos on her phone. All she did was give us a leaflet and tell us to phone the number saying that we needed the serial number.My wife went to use the facilities and was met by two young members of staff walking out together?Come on Currys, you?re better than this.

Curry's Kingsway Derby, they don't even deserve a 1 star. The man that called himself a manager should not even be managing pigs. Sean D he was so rude and unhelpful. I had a situation where I purchased a television yesterday and was told yesterday that £135.00 to deliver and put the item on my walling. I did take the television with me. I rtn to get this set up the following day only to be met by Sean D who told me the cost has gone up £150.00 I told him the price that I had yesterday, he refused to acknowledge he wanted to rub me. Even when others in the store was suggesting ways he did not have to do this. He was stuck on his way or no way. I in the end returned the TV and taken my money back to my card. I also told him he needs some form of training because his rudeness was not part of what should be issued out to others on his shift. NO MANAGING SKILLS WHATSOEVER. I will never be returning to curry's in a hurry.

Staff member did not know they sold travel adapters. The initial staff member was not helpful. There were others who tried to help but was delayed as we found ourselves what we were looking for. Cash purchase was not possible due to no cash in the till. Ended up paying by card, could have said before they prefer card payment.
