The image of the dishwasher online didn't match the one in store.. (good job I physically checked) had to choose different model.. however, the staff trolleying the goods & staff on tills were very polite & helpful.. dishwasher has been on 3 times & so far so good

I went to buy a new microwave the service from the staff was excellent the staff member took time to help me find the right one for me he even got one from the store room and took it to sales counter I paid for the item and the sales man carried out to my car for me asked if I could bring my old one in which I did a couple days later and received a 5 pound voucher off my next purchase every bit helps to day cheers for now everyone Brian ?

I visited this store mid September to look for a fridge freezer.I waited for 30 minutes for help until I was told I needed to log in with the gentleman with a clipboard,this would have been helpful earlier.After 45 minutes I threatened to go to the Kingsway store and suddenly someone appeared.He just complained about the lack of staff and his working conditions.He forgot to arrange a collection for my old fridge freezer which I had to organise myself.The original delivery was aborted as the team said I needed an installation and they would need to remove the doors.I paid extra for this and the next team arrived and delivered my fridge freezer without removing any doors,they took about 10 minutes.I asked to log a complaint on the telephone but no-one came back to me.I have now noticed a dent in the bottom of the door which I know is a waste of time reporting it.I will never use Currys again.

Friendly & efficient staff. It was the end of a Saturday, we're busy running our own business, couldn't get there any other time. Despite this got helpful & knowledgeable staff who sorted me out a new phone & SIM deal based on exactly what I asked for. Many thanks ?

I made an order online to collect the save day as it was in stock at the store. I attended the store later the same day to be told the order had been processed incorrectly and had been put through as an order to the store which would take a few days. They couldn't understand why it had happened as they had the items in stock there. When I asked if I could just buy from them then and refund the online order they said they couldn't as if ordered online. Despite me saying how ridiculous that was and their error they still refused. Two days later I had a message to say my own had been delivered to the store so attended to collect. When I arrived they said it had not been delivered which I questioned having had a message to say it had and to go collect. After half an hour they found my item and I was able to collect.Really awful experience, wasted troops to the store, delayed receipt of my item and reluctance from the store to try and resolve even though they had my own in store shed could have solved they problem on the first occasion. I will not be returning out making an order online again there are enough places to shopelsewhere

Not very professional. I wanted to know if a laptop for sale could have a SSD upgrade in the future. Ian on the technical desk said no that laptops can't be upgraded which I knew wasn't true. Turns out it could and I was told by him that there wasn't anybody there that knows about computers ? what a joke
