Looks like I?m not the only one on here with a bad review about the service. I took a ring back today and was refused a refund after being told it turning my finger green is not a fault or reflection of quality. Service is appalling and the manager has no sense of running a store nor any customer service. Do not buy from here!!!!!

DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM HEREI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store today. I purchased a watch with a lifetime warranty from your store, and went to the store today to have the battery changed. Although your system showed my purchase details with lifetime warranty ,the woman who served me refused to change the battery because I did not have the receipt. This is an absolute disgrace, and I will not be giving your store any further business as a result of this appalling service.

If I could leave zero stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND STORE!! Collected my girlfriends engagement ring after having to be repaired for the second time in less than a year as the stone has fallen out! When arriving the assistant manager Nikki was utterly rude and disgusting. Aggressive and intimidating not only customers but her staff. When asking what will happen if the ring was to lose that same stone which has broke twice!! She come from behind the computer shouting asking us to leave the store. After refusing and wanting to address the matter she come from behind the counter and slammed a sign towards my girlfriend and shouted to leave as if she wanted to attack her. When my girlfriend defended herself and asked the other staff why are they allowing their assistant manager to behave in such a way they were too scared to even speak up. I took my ring and left. I contacted customer service with a huge complaint stating they could clearly see on cctv and on the phone call after when I asked for her name to contacted customer service she refused and said she was sorry. Totally unacceptable in this day & age what the hell?!! Then the company email back to just be throbbed off once again. STAY AWAY!!

I went into the derby branch yesterday to collect my girlfriends wedding ring which we paid for the week before but I forgot to take my recite. The lady was rude towards me and refused to give me the ring even tho it was in my name I showed her my card with my name on. She said I was being rude but I wasn't. It felt like they took how money ? last week and wasn't i rude . The lady who served us last week just egnord us. Very unprofessional people will not return to that shop and the end she game me the ring in the end but I think they need to look at talking to customers better.

Suzanne M from the Derby store was super helpful and made our shopping experience super easy. The shop was short staffed due to covid she coped well and made sure all our questions were answered and offered great service. Would definitely shop here again.

My partner brought me my first ring from FHinds in Derby.Was very excited.I went to collect it Saturday 9th November the young girl passed it over to me no gift wrap what so ever just a box... appalling.With in six hours of wearing it a stone fell out. Took it back the assistant said it had been weakened because it had to be made smaller...(really)Asked if I wanted this one fixing that was weak or a new one. A brand new one please....Said as an emergency it would take a week low and be hold get a phoe call to say there had been a computer error and it would now be two weeks. Totally took the excitement and shine of it.I brought my granddaughter a £1 ring from a little jewellers in the market place derby even she got a little bag.Last time for me..Certainly not money well spent or value

Bought 9ct gold chain from Derby store for £139 and within 6 months it broke. I tried to repair it myself and couldnâ??t so returned it to store. It was sent off and told that I damaged it so not covered under warranty. The bend in the link that they claimed was damage by me was where I tried to repair the chain.

Bought a ring 18 months ago took it back to get a price for repair as I had lost a jewel and needed to reshape the ring it cost me 300+ when I bought it the quote are back £180 or £300 to check all 3 stones which I didnâ??t think it was worth it so asked them if they would buy it off me yes was the answer for £18;50 really so I took it to another shop and there price £50 so I will never go there again
