“Standard Aldi store, although I find this one tends to be better stocked than others nearby. Downside is access, as neighboring NHS car park users clog up the roundabout meaning it can take a while to get out on a weeknight if you go in after work (which I do).”

“Good well stocked store with friendly and helpful staff. This store is smaller than the other two stores in Derby but still has a home delivery service. Parking can be a problem near the store at times.”

“Nice selection of bits and bobs especially little Xmas gifts snacks and treats my sister went in to have a gander and come out £60 down but she did get quite a lot and she said ahe dis luke the bargains she got there”

“This M&S is the best in Derby in my view. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I never see a miserable staff member. All are willing to help.Staff on the check out are very kind and chatty. They all say hello, and you can have a nice chat with them whilst packing your shopping :)It's got the same feel to it as a local shop. There does not seem to be a high staff turn over and it seems to be very well run.I can always get what I want.I love the food at M&S. My only wish is that the Kingsway one had a deli area, then it would be perfect!The store is very clean and I love how throughout the pandemic they have always cleaned the trolleys and been strict on the door when allowing entry. This has made me feel safe when shopping there.I do not have anything bad to say about the M&S. I only wish that other shops were run this efficiently.”

“A slightly larger Tesco express than the standard stores. The building is an impressive deco affair and has a spacious car park for a local store. The door is slightly narrow but seems to have good access for wheelchairs. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Nice local shop! Everything you need close to home. Offers the 'too good to go' magic bags, for some savings and to prevent food waste! Friendly staff in the coop and coffee shop! Insomnia coffee shop makes delicious coffee and hot chocolate, plus a wide selection of sweet treats. Can be a bit pricey, but it's irresistible to stop by here once in a while for a treat yourself day.”

“I struggle with social anxiety and I do tend to target shopping in the last 30 to 45 minutes of opening hours mainly due to there minimal customers, i didn't get there until about 25 minutes to closing time.I did have some problems whilst that the Checkout for instance my partner's transfer didn't go through until I called to tell him how much( yes I know it's game playing).However the only tools open myself serve and the supervising member of staff recognized my distress and was very accommodated unfortunately as I was walking towards the exit she had already left the area so I never got to thank her personally which I will do if I see her on my next visit this is my favorite Aldi of my city and it's probably the third time and member of staff has gone above and beyond their duties and in comparison to other outlets compared to the Chellaston one or the one at the meat is centre I would and do go out of my way to attend the Harvey Road Aldi.To any Aldi staff based at how Harvey Road, I applaud you for your customer service skills and your observations to the little details of any customer that is hiding they're struggles.Teddy Aldi management that happens to be reading my comment you have an amazing team at Harvey Road and I hope you recognize the special ones keep it up and again I emphasize my gratitude.”

“I can walk to the one at Cavendish, or take a bus. Although it's busy in the car park, there is usually a space opens up fairly quickly. And the parking on the street is reasonable. I like the prices here, they are competitive, with new products coming in all the time. Not too long wait at the tills, and friendly staff”

“Handy for local shopping and good opening hours ( open daily from 7am to 11pm ) where you can really find everything we need in our lives, free cash machine, The National Lottery, EVRI Parcels Shop ( ex Hermes ), top-up point, instore bakery, good range at the best quality of fresh vegetables, items for general household use, alcoholic beverages, wine, spirits, soft drinks and chilled goods for sale and even more than we could imagine and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mike ☺️”

“Cheapest I've found around the area. Never had to queue for too long. Can pay at pump. Only downside is not being able to leave until the car in front leaves (some stations have an isle in between the pumps, which is really useful).”

“Parking is generally very good. They have a reasonable range of food. Cashpoint outside. They have newspapers and magazines. Good range of confectionery. Sometimes run out of a good range of beers for the offers.”
