Refused to change my LED light on my truck as thay said thay are for off rd use only??Funny that when the truck has passed its mot for the past 8 years.So the lad takes out my old bulb sold me a pack of new ones that was closer to £90 pounds and told me I would have to fit my own light so drove home to do the job What the lad Didn't say to me before driveing off That he had pulled the indicator out too so no left light or indicator Well done halfords derby I won't be useing you again.Best off all thay email me saying the checked lights battery window windscreen wipers oil ect ect what aload of s£&× congratulations your car pass there ?? check.Bull.+£/@.

It was busy, and could have used an extra staff member. But everyone was friendly and very helpful.Can't fault £9 a bulb for fitting, it would have taken me hours to figure it out, the fitter was quick and clearly knew his stuff.

If you value your life, DO NOT trust these guys if you are in a state of emergency. My battery light went on and asked Halfords to check my battery and anything around it that I should know of. They just put coolant and replaced a new battery. Costed me about £113.Once the staff told me the car is drive, I started to drive off but the journey only lasted 8 miles. While I was on the motorway, the same battery light went on again and my screen said ?Engine is shutting down?. Then the car went off. I literally saw my eyes flash in front of my eyes as I was in a car with my parents with engine switched off, running 70 mph in a motorway. Thank GOD, I was approaching towards an emergency stop or else me and my parents would probably not be alive by now.RAC had to come and check the car. Apparently, they found fault in the alternator which Halfords FAILED to inform me. Plus, RAC reported that Halfords should NOT let me drive the car from the first place as it would be dangerous to drive.Phoned the Halfords refund department. Lady on the other side of the phone put me and my husband on hold and without letting us know, she transferred us to Derby Halfords where the fitting took place. Talked to manager and he blamed us that what happened was our fault, and kept telling lies, insisting that we did not handle the situation correctly, therefore they can?t provide a refund. My husband was furious as how was it our fault? We are drivers but not specialists, that?s why I took the car to them from the first place to ensure if there were any major problems or not. Absolute disgrace!!!! You could have been responsible for 3 lives yet you refuse to take responsibility! If you need any proof from the RAC, my pleasure, I have all the proof! Shame!!!

After a little confusion at the start with a stereo fitting, Matt, one of the mangers there went far and beyond to solve the problem. Very happy with the stereo system. Thank you Matt and all involved that day ?

Customer service is always amazing at all the Halfords stores so you all deserve a shout out well done.Thank you for always listening and trying your hardest to help and give honest advice from my windscreen wipers, bulbs and yesterday at this store the guys helped me with a flat tyre i was on my own and really would have been in a mess if you had not helped.As a woman i really appreciate knowing that i can always get help and advice from you guys.keep up the good work.Thank you for your kindness.Philippa

The person on the till was really helpful and polite. However there was a 10% discount, but to obtain this you had to order the items online. So I had to order online whislt in the store, wait 10 to 15 mins, then collect. Why could you simply not just give the discount at the till rather than having to go online, whilst in the store?

Went to get a new indicator bulb fitted . They couldn't fit the bulb plus the bulb was main dealer only , but what ever they did trying to get the old bulb out fixed my issue

Returning customer to the Wyvern store in Derby. Having recently dealt with Steve to buy a bike for our son, we had no hesitation in seeking him out again for a bike for myself. Steve was knowledgable in respect of satisfying my needs from the bike and this resulted in me purchasing with confidence once again. Very happy !

I was driving home to Essex from the Peak District when my oil warning light came on, fortunately I was close to Derby and was able to stop at the store to ask for help. I received excellent friendly service and they topped up my oil for me just for the price of the oil, the very kind young man who helped me also fixed my dashcam for no extra charge! I was so impressed and grateful for the assistance, I can?t praise them highly enough, thank you!
