A fantastic shop with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great discounts on children's bikes and the staff were happy to give expert advice and ensure that our daughter got a great bike that was just right for her. They gave the bike a thorough service and check over before leaving and ensured it was ready to ride. Highly recommended. ?

Soon after I entered the store, a member of staff come over and asked if wanted and help.Explained I was looking for a bike for my 3yr old daughter, he got various bikes out after we agreed on what was the appropriate size for her.My daughter tried different ones out. The staff member assisted my daughter with pedalling forwards.After selecting one, he took it away for a bike check/pump tyres etc and he attached the handlebar tassels (which I purchased separately)He also assisted in fitting the appropriate size helmet for my daughter.I would highly recommend this store to anyoneThank you very much Hawk cycles

Absolutely brilliant service!Needed tyres replacing on a wheelchair at very short notice, they went above and beyond to source and replace the tyres for me. Very friendly staff, would highly recommend using Hawk Cycles.
