Always helpful \\u0026 knowledgeable staff . Never pressured into buying by staff .\\nPleasant relaxed atmosphere.\\nJust one gripe - lift was broken on the day I went . A problem for me as store is one two floors and I don't do stairs very well .

5 stars only because they don't do 6 stars!! Use HMV before we all lose it. It's a national institution and been around since forever. Buy more from HMV, you know it makes sense.
