I booked a half hour lesson for help with sorting out storage and updating the software on my old MacBook. The staff in the store were brilliant and sorted everything out, and were very patient with the time consuming backup required - can't recommend highly enough for help and support.

Only went in to browse the iPhones but Ben was so helpful we ended up buying 2! He was very knowledgeable and downloaded all our data from our old phones for us (we?re no spring chickens!) Would definitely recommend Ben and KRCS. Excellent service and price.

My daughters iPhone had gone into a permanent loop following a software update. Brian at the shop was brilliant, have tried a few different ways to revive the phone without lost of data, it is working again. Very professional and polite, and to top it all no charge.....fantastic store.

The staff at Derby KRCS are absolutely amazing!!! They've all been so helpful to work with and super knowledgeable. They're communication and skillset has been fantastic throughout. Thank you lots for resolving my issue with my phone and for being so awesome!!!! Highly recommend!!!

My iPhone 13 was completely dead, the team were polite helpful and did everything to fix it as quick as possible and kept me informed all the way about exactly what was going on. A very quick diagnostics by the technician took just 10 minutes.\\nIn the end the phone needed a complete rebuild and this was done while I waited and had a walk around the shopping centre. It took just over 1 hour to complete which was less than expected. I now have what should be classed as a new phone, so happy.\\nThanks Guys great service !

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kris ( I think that was his name and I think possibly a manager) I went in with my Daughter who had problems with her apple phone. We had already been in to a Vodafone as phone contract with them- they could not help. Kris ( apologise if incorrect name) was brilliant. Extremely helpful got them phone working again excellent customer service so helpful. Fantastic to walk in to a store where you are greeted with friendly helpful staff- thank you so much!

Great staff, friendly technicians and quick turnaround. I pre-booked an appointment at KRCS online, went to the store in Derby and they replaced the faulty battery in my iPhone in less than 1 hour. Excellent service, on-time and very helpful.

Fantastic service. Turned up slightly early for my appointment, but the guys couldn?t have been more helpful.iPhone battery replaced quickly and expertly to Apple specs. All up and running again with a good-as-new device.Great stuff.

My iMac had started to run very slowly. The technician, Stu, was very knowledgable, identified the problem straight away and recommended the fitting of a new internal hard drive. Repair was completed very quickly and all data (and there was a lot of it!) was transferred to the new drive. I was kept informed of progress throughout. The most impressive thing about the store (particularly Stu) was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Options for the repair were explained clearly in terms I could understand (even though I'm in my later years!).This was a very good experience and I would recommend this store to anyone who is having problems with their Apple products.

The Staff in this shop were Amazing , especially Daanish . He was kind patient enthusiastic and knowledgeable. After locking myself out of my email and Apple ID he competently went though lots of processes to help. Once I had received the all clear from Apple he helped to restore all my information. I am of the older generation and had lost my way completely.\\nThank you so much Daanish and KRCS. I Can not recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely rubbish store and service when it comes to repairs. Registered as an authorised Apple Service Centre, but the four times I have been in regarding different Apple products, evidently they cannot repair and you need to go to an actual Apple store. Quick to want to sell you something, but useless at helping, regarding repairs. Avoid this shop completely, plenty of third party sellers who can sell cheaper, or deal with Apple direct. This is the most pointless store in Derby.

I have bought a number of items from KRCS in Derby and at all times had a friendly, helpful experience with the staff being very knowledgeable and only to happy to help. This recent purchase was no exception in fact, I will be returning to buy another iPad Pro of the same spec for myself within the next few days.

So pleased with the service received as I booked an appointment for what I thought was a problem with my iPad. Turned out the settings needed adapting. The staff were very professional and polite to myself of senior years of age and NO charge, wonderful KRCS
