Shocking service! Have given one star as its not the people' s fault who answer the calls, it's the more senior employees and the systepind to any complaints ms in place. Was without essential medication for 8 days and I had to half my dose from 5 days before that as on 3 occasions they failed to deliver as medication was "lost". Wasn't possible to speak to anyone more senior at any time nor would they provide the CEO's email address as I was so desperate I wanted to contact him for help.Totally unnecessary that I was without my essential medication. Ruined my Christmas .senior staff do not care about patients nor respond to any complaints Have reported to the GPC.

My medication should have been here 3rd August last week no reason for no delivery. There were 20 people in my house. Message recieved to say delivery would be today between 9.30 and 11.00 am. It is now 14.00pm still no delivery.

Absolutely shocking!! I've gone 7 weeks, without my medication. I've had to call every week. They're saying they've not received my prescription. I've called the hospital. They've sent it and even received an email from Lloyd's pharmacy, to acknowledge receipt of prescription. Called again. Still saying they haven't got It. Asked to speak to a manager, they said they don't have managers????

If I could give this company a minus I would their a joke .The staff have no idea how important the medication is to people . The issues I've had over the years is a joke . I've missed my medication because of their incompetence an to top it all their blaming it on the bank holiday, my medication was due before bank holiday .The people working for them should have proper training and understanding in regards to the medication and illnesses they are dealing with .When I first started on the medication I was given a list for the year stating when my medication would be delivered now it's like doing the lottery cross everything and pray I get my medication .They are dealing with millions of pounds of medication a year I should imagine and things need to change for the better. The other thing that needs sorting is contact with them 7 days a week 52 weeks a year .

These amateurs are in charge of supply and distribution of important medicines, yet are almost impossible to contact by either phone or email. Technical difficulties they say. The hours I've wasted trying to place a simple order. Pathetic.
