Situated in Derbys City centre, always well stocked, some clothes are quite old fashion and others seem always to be a season behind, but it depends what your looking for, they never seem to have brown carrier bags at the tills please take you own if your gonna buy anything i think staff are trained to say they have run out on every visit mmm i don't think so. Regarding staff, there is never anyone about to help, and the till staff need to learn how to give good customer service added with a smile and have a good day .The shop has a car park in front, parking fees do apply, its definitely worth a visit, but on this occasion, im scoring 2 stars it needs lots of improvement, mostly down to staff sorry guys i hope for a better experience next time.
