I was bought a gift from this shop and lets say i needed more of this said item to decorate my man cave ao i called them and said the length of the item wasnt what i required and they took in the gift and exchanged it for a discounted price of the the longer version of the item

Bought a drone from them hoping to charge it when I got home, but no charger, no guards and they can only offer a refund because it looks like one of their staff has taken bits of it. Not impressed

Terrible service and worst customer service. They took 25 days to answer my complaints about a Christmas gift that they did not even deliver. They only had the decency to respond when Paypal pressured them. Finally, thanks to Paypal, I got my money back. I'm forced to put one star... they deserve ) stars.There's only one thing Menkind knows how to do well: buy good reviews. all the reviews of 4 stars or more, are all false.

Menkind is alright to have a look around at some bits and bobs like a all in one breakfast grill pan or skeleton hand back scratcher but if you're collector of pop vinyls, deluxe figures or anything like that but that's it. It's alright, doesn't amount to anything more really. You're better off going elsewhere, as I've noticed a good handful of items being above retail value by minimum of a fiver.Personally I'd rather save that extra bit of cash Menkind throw on top of their price tag and go to a respectable vendor for retail price and have a bag of chips on the way home

Don't be put of, ladies by the name of the shop, if you like your anime, game characters etc. This is a good place to start, quite happy they got more pop vinyls in place. Staff are brilliant ?.

Store is nice and novel now that there's no Red5. Stay weren't particularly interested in acknowledging people in the store though, so try to improve your customer service.
