Not coming here again. Had a bad experience with the elder lady at the front when you walk in. Sure her name is Joy? Very rude and made you feel uncomfortable and asking a lot of personal questions about your money. Will be complaining to the bank manager!!

Incredibly helpful, friendly staff. I am dealing with a bereavement and the staff at the branch in Allenton have been so understanding and have gone beyond the call of duty to help me, which is much appreciated. Also, the online and telephone NatWest staff have been very helpful. I would recommend this bank anytime.

Very disappointing customer service. Trying to register LPA with them...told me they can't find the customers bank account details from there name, address post code and date of birth...no wonder I don't bank with them.....totally different to the NATIONWIDE who I had been to see earlier..they were BRILLIANT......

Going into this branch of NatWest was one of the worst experiences in customer services I have ever experienced. The staff that greeted me at the door was very pleasant but I am afraid this was the only plus of my visit. It became apparent from the start that she was only a gofer for a more senior member of staff that hides away in an office two meters away with the door open. After a number of messages from me to the member staff via our go between she managed to get up from her seat and talk to me face to face though a screen. I was trying to sort out my Mother?s finances as she has dementia. I was trying to explain that I had Power of Attorney and I had a letter to prove this. I also had the relevant papers, but she wasn?t interested and said she didn?t need to read the letter from the office of the Public Guardian. At this point another senior member of staff started to put her view but just started to talk at me. When I tried to explain she told me to stop as she was talking. I found this very rude and when it was my turn to talk she just talked over me. I then realised I had spoken to her over 12 months ago and she was rude then, so it must just be her way. When I have sorted my Mothers finances I will be changing her bank.

I had cause to "cash a cheque" here a number of weeks ago. This was the morning after nat west online banking systems had failed.I first contacted my private banking manager who offered little help, I visited the main branch in Liverpool again little help. It was your systems fault not mine Nat West!Anyway this particular Branch was near to the location where I had bought a new car and needed a cash balance.As a walk in never been seen before customer they could not have been more helpful. It was a pleasure.As per, I generated a little laugh and I have taken on board the comments regarding the cashing of cheques. Apparently old fashioned......... I like old fashioned :)Excellent customer service.Martin Forshaw

Opening hours 10-3 Mon to Fri........ absolutely useless for people who actually have jobs! I understand it's covid 19 with restrictions but with 3 branches nearby (live in Spondon) closing in last few years there is only 2 branches open (Allenton and St Peters Street City Centre). Tried last few weeks to go on lunch break but the queing is beyond a joke and I don't have the time with work. Completely unsociable times.

One very rude member of staff today, she really did not want to help me, she was so bad I took my paperwork back and walked out of branch. I now know why branches are closing they do not want customers in branch and with rude staff people will use other branches. I know I will travel to town rather than use my local branch again.

The staff are doing their best during difficult in tines, but doesn't mean they need to let their standard off respect slip towards customers,, basically wwent in few weeks back & staff tthere don't lusten to what customers sayiing & insteaad usung abruupt language behaviour you toowards me, never recommend this branch in particular, but can't say anything towards branch itself,,,, need alot of improvement

Local branch. Easy to get to. Helpful friendly staff. Pay in at the counter or pay in at the two cash machines. Has a machine to pay in coins. Open Saturday morning. Has a ATM outside.

Probably one of the worst banks in the world. The staff are great but the business side leaves a very sour taste in the mouth. Online banking is a shambles and not user friendly at all.
