Would actually give them 0 starts if I could, I was transferred to them from Next head office and the phone rang about 50 times then the bloke who answered was rushing to say his name which I didn?t get, I have learning difficulties and he huffed on the phone put me on hold and I was on hold for 12 minutes and then someone picked it up and purposefully put it down. Disgusting behaviour for someone with learning difficulties trying to understand. He made me feel like I was the problem never shop here, not all disabilities are visible.
