“I had my Covid Booster at Evan’s at Breaston this morning. I explained a past anaphylactic reaction had suffered with a dye which contained one of the Covid Vaccine’s ingredients. They put measures in place in case I had a reaction, and the vaccine was administered slowly. I then had to sit and wait for 15 minutes before leaving. I was asked if I was ok before leaving.I can’t thank the staff enough for their care today.”

“I had ran out of medicine and needed a supply quick. My NHS app said I had no prescriptions to order so I assumed my order was ready at my local pharmacy. It wasn't and they wouldn't give me an emergency supply as apparently "they don't do that anymore".After calling 111 and ringing a few pharmacies Lock Pharmacy was the only place willing to help. I was not set up on the system as am new to the area, again the lady on the phone didn’t mind looking up all the info to get me set up just before closing so could get the prescription today.
