Rubbish delivery service. Took an hour to get pizzas delivered. Food was sitting at the shop for at least 20 mins before it went out. Go to Dominoes instead.

Had chicken sizzler pizza. NOT GOOD. Pizza base was so greasy. Person making my pizza was on her phone whilst preparing my order and not concentrating on doing a good job. I do not recommend.

Why do Pizza Hut have timed delivery if they can?t cope in the kitchen or the drivers can?t get to you within the time slot you?ve booked? The tracker app gives you no indication that food won?t turn up. On calling when the food was already 20 mins late I was fobbed off that it was only minutes away which was just a lie. Eventually order booked for 6 to 6.15 arrived at 6.40 hardly warm and the rest of the meal had all been kept warm far too long whilst we waited. Had to heat the pizza up which defeats the object entirely. Spoilt the Friday night treat. We won?t bother again as this was not the 1st time and pizza quality was hardly worth the stress
