Not enough staff. I had to queue every single visit for 20+ minutes. I've been visiting this branch for nearly three years. There is no issue with the staff once you eventually get served. If you don't like to queue go elsewhere.

Fake 5 stars, the staff have been getting people to scan a link with their phones to automaticly leave a 5 star review. Today is the last time I use this branch, used it a few times and thought the staff were rude. Today even worse. The most rudest, grumpy looking miserable staff. Unprofessional!Do not use! It's definitely a franchise
