Always a brilliant experience whenever I enter this post office. Nothing is ever too much: whether it?s explaining an application process to me or assisting me with any issues I have. All of the staff are attentive and patient but Taran, in particular, is always kind, professional and helpful. Cannot recommend enough!

28/12/2023Popped in to put money into my account. I live in Scotland queued up peaceful and when when it was my turn, I asking the receptionist that I wanted to top up my Starling bank account. Her reply was we don't accept Scottish notes. You'll need to go to a bank. The local shop next door, was complete opposite, a nice smile ? took my Scottish £10, and said thank you.I mean where does the post office deposit their takings? Bank of England? They have no idea of the real world.

Can?t pay coins in staff extremely rude I swear at my self when she asked how much was there just wanted pay the money refused to serve me, I will never use the post office again!!!
