Ordered expensive item before Christmas and decided best place will be to deliver to post office and collect from there. Item was to big to fit throe doors and I am very late home. Post office was closed for more then a week, without any notice to people, google not updated with opening times as it was showing open. Contacted royal mail them about poor management standards. Avoid as much as you can.

First class local post office with lovely staff, especially Brenda who knows all the local residents and speaks warmly to everyone, the attached florist together with the candles in the gift shop make everything smell lovely. A great asset to the community which would be sorely missed if it were lost.

Both myself and my wife went to renew our passports. Excellent service. I recommend everyone in the local area to go to Cherry Tree Hill post office to renew their passport The whole process was totally dealt with from start to finish. The passport office contacted us within 24 hrs to say they had received the request and were only waiting for the old passport. Within a week they said they were processing the request and would let us know when dispatched, Absolutely brilliant service all round from all concerned.

Called in this morning to renew my driving license and its so much faster than messing around online plus you have peace of mind it's done correctly. The staff are really helpful as well. I will definitely be using this post office again.

Every time I go in to this post office the post office counter is either closed or only one person working it and then you?re waiting up to half an hour to be served. Today I waited in the que to be served a good 15 minutes or so because the main counter was closed I finally get to be served to be told I have to go to the counter at the back that they have just opened which has a massive que now they expect me to que for another 15 /20 minutes extremely annoying never using this post office again you need more staff to deal with your constant ques
