I wanted to send a large letter by 48 hour tracked, This should have cost £2.70. The guy on the counter processed the letter and charged me £7.30. When I questioned this, he said that he had sent it by the cheapest available method and that 48 hour tracked would have been more expensive. When I got home and tracked the letter, I found that he had sent it by Special Delivery - guaranteed 1pm. I don't know if this is a con or just incompetence. Either way, I would not use them.

Excellent post office, so helpfulEvery time I go there, but today was exceptional! The owner Joseph, was amazing, went above and beyond for me today to help me tax my car! Thank you Oakwood Post Office, I will forever be in your debt!

I have always had a very good experience. I remember seeing Joseph helping an old customer by carrying her heavy parcel to her car. He truly went the extra mile.

The man was rude and had a cant be bothered attitude. Asked for i.d and practically snatched it out my hand. Wont bother using their service again, will go elsewhere.

Would highly recommend this post office. They are very responsive, willing to help and easy to communicate with. I have been using the service for nearly two years now and have never had an issues.The store itself is impeccably organized, clean, and efficiently managed, serving as a prime model for other businesses. I am grateful for their outstanding service.

Don't take you meter energy vouchers here. He will put the voucher money into their machine then pretend your meter key is broken so you can't have it. I took my key to the Co-op and they entered £10 easily. So I went back and asked for the cash and told him to fix their machine. Seems like a con.
