I came here a few weeks ago and forgot to leave a review. I went to the downstairs shop and I was served by a lovely lady, she started her shift at 4, that's all I remember! she was so kind and offered me an offer which I wanted but my boyfriend did not as I was going to get an offer which was buy one get one half price, one was going to be a aftershave for my boyfriend but he insisted not to. I thought this was a super good deal and working in sales myself, this lovely lady pushed the offer in a really good way. she decided once she saw my boyfriend not looking in favour of the offer that that was of course okay and said they had offers on all the time, so not to worry! she signed us up to the perfume shop and we left with a purchase and I kept saying to my boyfriend how lovely she was! good conversation and overall a lovely vibe! Like I said, it was a Thursday or Friday I thinkkk it was the 27th October, she was quite short and had long dark hair so if you know who im on about please pass this message on! will 100% be back!xx

An amazing, polite, friendly, extremely helpful young lady with red hair helped me test soooo many aftershaves, bless her, lovely person, helped me find what I liked, very proffesional & has amazing people skills, also helped me get a rewards card. Brilliant service ??

Fantastic deal and service,Gave the staff my email to find my rewards so got some perfume reduced with my rewards, very patient friendly and good humoured staff that were lovely from start to finish, there was a comfortable atmosphere, normally go to meadowhall but my experience today will definately bring me back to this store, I was served by Tracey!

If i could i give a 0 some staff are so rude all they are bothered about is talking to each other instead of tending to the customers.You ask to sample a perfume and they roll they're eyes at you.It's a shame for such a good shop to have staff that are so rude.
