Very very clever and cheater staff in this side i am go for to purchase a sim only one but they give me 2 sim and tell me when your one sim lost you can use second. But when my sim activate i?ll check they tell me to pay bill for two sim.1 week after i am go and tell the all matter.i am ask For return one sim they didn?t returned? so guys be aware don?t go..

Went to derbon three store in derby with my kids and wife .1st time in my life I felt racism horrible customer service.went their for the replacement of sim and they said your sim is blocked because you haven't paid they bill I told him that I blocked it my self because I lost it and do,nt want anyone to use is after some conversation he said again that you haven't payed your bill thats why ur sim is blocked any we cannot give you new replacement. And that was with aggressive mode I have three contract with them and never had issues but today was horrible as of Asian backgrounds.

If i could leave a 0 score i would have. I popped in to do a upgrade and happened to know the advisor who was talking to me (AJ) I was the only customer in the shop and there was 4 or 5 other advisors just sitting around. Another customer walked in and the very rude Assistant manager (Lyndon) asked AJ to go and serve them Over me even though there was 5 people sat around doing nothing. he then put his hand on me and ushered me towards the door i have never been so insulted in my life. I will be taking this matter further i have been with 3 for many years but this was a all time low. I have spoke to customer service who said i should and will log a formal Complaint.
