We can highly recommend Joe and his team. We had both our main bathroom and en-suite refitted while we were away on holiday. They took exceptional care of our home, protecting all the carpets and floors, and even provided a cleaning service at the end.Joe was able to provide a complete service, so there has been no juggling of trades for us. He and his wife gave us lots of suggestions and ideas at the design stage, and listened carefully in order to incorporate our wishes. They have been unfailingly friendly, helpful and communicative and we are delighted with the high quality finish and the end results.

Old bathroom removed, new wet room fitted. Josephs team were excellent all round. Very polite, turning up on time, hard working, knowledgeable, clean and tidy, querying issues and asking our preferences as the job progressed. Most importantly leaving us with a top quality finished wet room. Costs were transparent and communication was clear throughout. Possibly the smoothest, most efficient home improvement project I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend.

What a great company, from the moment we stepped inside the showroom, all through the design process and then most telling of all, great guys who came when they said they would, explained their work for the day, did it and then tidied up. We ended up with a dream bathroom, expertly fitted in an agreed timeframe. If you want a new bathroom Joseph Bathrooms must be on your list, they listen and they do and they do it very well!!!

Many thanks to Joe and the team for the installation of our en-suite and cloakroom. The service from beginning to end was friendly, efficient and professional. This was the second time we have had Joseph Bathrooms and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of a new bathroom. Again I would give 10 stars if I could.

We are absolutely delighted with our new en-suite. The entire process from planning and design to completion was extremely professional and well organised. The job was finished on time and to the highest standards.The on-site team were polite, and kept us up to date and informed of progress. When decisions were required regarding finer details of the fit and finish we were consulted and involved. At all times they treated the job as if they were working in their own homes.We would have no hesitation in recommending Joseph Bathrooms.

My new bathroom was finished just before Christmas and a month later, I'm still delighted with it. The design process with Joseph was great. He really understood what I wanted and had excellent attention to detail to really round off the design finish. The team that carried out the installation were very professional, considerate and tidy, and the work was done to an excellent standard. The follow up correspondence and the pop-in to take photos and check on the finished product rounded off a great customer service. Would highly recommend Joseph Bathrooms if you are thinking of a bathroom rennovation.

Joe and his team in our view are probably the finest bathroom company within the sector to deal with! here's why.We went to see Joe based on his 5* reviews and probably like most others had an idea what we would like but in my case had no vision what so ever. Following a relaxed consultation and the magic of Joes computer software our bathroom was brought to life and our vision now HD clear.It's not uncommon when you place trust in a company to deliver a service somethings don't go as you thought or to plan WELL I'm very pleased to report not in the case of Joseph Bathrooms this is a very well organised friendly and totally trustworthy company, from day one you are totally relaxed the team take over they even install a protective covering for your floors and clean down every night.Customer service from Joe his speed of response to action is impressive even the morning following their Christmas party Joe resolved an unexpected issue for us.In summary a brilliant company to deal with this is a well oiled machine

If we could give more than 5 stars then we would! From the initial design stage to completion there was nothing to worry about, Joe had all bases covered. Each and every person that we had for different stages of the project were friendly and professional, and all knew every detail of the project. The standard of work was very high and the transformation is amazing. Very happy and would highly recommend!

Joe and his team were amazing from start to finish. The design process was very easy and the showroom had some really beautiful designs and high quality products, which made making choices easy. The installation ran like clock work, on time, everyone who came to our house was brilliant and the finish was super high quality. Joseph Barhrooms recently completed 2 en-suite bathrooms in our home. Right from day one, the guys were professional, hard working, competent and extremely clean and tidy. Carpet protectors were put down throughout the house and work progressed quickly and professionally. The results are extremely impressive. They even sent a decorator and cleaner afterwards to finish off. Totally professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Joseph Bathrooms to anyone.

Thanks to Joe and team for our amazing new bathroom, we are thrilled. Professional, high standard throughout the work. All tradesmen arrived on schedule, introduced themselves and explained what was happening that day. At the end of each day they cleaned up and before leaving explained what was planned for the following day. We would highly recommend.
