I recently placed a few orders from Lucy Pastorelli and one of my orders had a slight defect and Lucy and her team replied within minutes and had a replacement sent out the next day! Absolutely great customer service and the products really are amazing! Will 100% be ordering from this brand in the future ?

Today I trained with the lovely Becci in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Becci is super friendly and approachable, she is a folder of knowledge and no question was too silly. I’ve come away from the efile course feeling relaxed and confident. The efile tools are great and easy/simple to work with, so happy I chose this brand....
