Not great customer service. I had a redelivery where only one of two parcels were delivered. Went to the depot to see if they had it. Was told that I was wrong and there was only one parcel despite two names on the red card. She went and found the parcel and handed it to me like I was the greatest inconvenience.

I had missed delivery Saturday am, called twice at the office to see if dropped off before it closed at 12. No such luck. Totally grateful that the postie called to mine again to drop off. First class service thank you ??

Shocking customer service yet again. If you need to pick up anything leave at least 1/2 hour because they are bound to lose it.Postal prices go up, customer service plummets down

Excited I had not got a red collection card by the time I got home.. No TV or radio on.. Quiet. So I was confused when though my door was a red collection card from royal mail.... ð??¡.. Not a knock.. Either that or I'm deaf or they had the knock of a mouse... I'm not annoyed with royal mail just the job performance of my post man.. So thanks alot mate coz it's annoying to fit in picking it up now 7-12..I work. And always busy, queues .. Long queues.. Never thought till now how many parcels you don't deliver.... Seems like a alot of not tried to deliver your parcel today don't you think..
