It gets 2 stars for the decency of the staff and the cleanliness of the place and that's about it. Sod all stock, items on their last legs, frozen stock that has thawed and been refrozen... barely. Garbage selection of what they even have in. It's always been bad but this is the worst it's ever been. Possibly the worst supermarket in the area. Go to Aldi or Morrisons up the road unless you like pretending you live in the early 1970s.

Plenty of 3 hour free parking. Spacious layout, appeared to have quite well stocked shelves with good selection of ranges.

No recycling bins, just black general bins. Recycling sign points to just a clothes drop off container. No solar panels on a large flat roof. Tesco failing on its eco commitments.

Generally ok staff and experience, let down by some poor staff at the self service tills/area. Staff shouldn't start chatting to other staff when clearly assistance is required by a customer (how many times did you ignore me and others), nor do you just abandon your post in the same situation, leaving a customer with scanning issues unable to continue (with no other staff around), nor do you blame the customer for the machinery having a problem. Have you had customer service training? Atrocious work ethic. Very unprofessional, a bad example, and let's all of the other staff down. Other than that the pricing is good, and though there is a lack of variety, very basic. And as I say, most staff are alright (if you don't count blocking the aisle with themselves or trolley's, being oblivious to customers, believing customers should stand aside when they are coming towards you).Note that the staff member was not a young person. It was someone who should've known better.

Disgusting behaviour of staff who do not operate within the law (clearly think they are above it) all has been reported to head office) store its self is dirty as well as the trolleys especially the children seated ones staff need to be re educated on there job descriptions and what is illegal for them to be doing!
