Gym equipment is okay but I?ve tried to cancil my gym membership due to certain reasons and they have declined it so a young 19 year old like my self has to keep paying for a terrible gym which Is £37 a month by the way and it?s just terrible, do not get a member ship here as they just want all your money

Place is that busy it turns a hour workout in to a 3 hour work out constantly waiting for machines the free weight room you can't even get in any more used to like this place till they started offering discounts to anyone who Brough a friend now it's a joke

Probably the best equipped of the Commercial 24 hour Gyms in the Area with freindly approachable staff..Great to see a big selection of proper cable attachments....Only negative Could do with perhaps having another lifting platform..

Lovely place, never too busy when I go, only issue is the showers water pressure but a small problem when it's such a friendly place.
