Avoid if at all possible. Staff are rude, ignorant and abrupt. Had parcels delivered here that have gone missing and sent letters off that never see the light of day after being registered yet they aren't interested in your issues. Expect to be waiting a while to be seen or to get your service too. Won't be using again and strongly advice no one else does either

Totally ignorant staff with no regard for customer service or engagement whatsoever. As a former Post Office worker I can't get my head round this place.

Went in today to post a small parcel i was the only one in and stood waiting ages while the lady was talking on.the phone and totally ignored me ,I ended up walking out. Went back in.after I had done my job ,found her very offish and had to ask for my parcel receipt, I told her she had a bad attitude and she shouted after me as I went out, never again.

Small Post Office at the bottom of town which is well used by all, especially the elderly people who don't want to walk up the hill on Bath Street. Sells all the usual Post Office goods from stamps to birthday cards and a place where staff are always helpful and friendly
