Great range of products and at pretty decent prices. The problem is when it comes to paying! Today (Sunday) had approximately 20 people queuing to pay....and only two people on the tills. Extremely poor and not a great customer experience.

No problem about ordering what I wanted. The problem arose when I tried to get to the store to pick up my bags of compost. The way to the Wilco Car Park is much convoluted as you don't need Bath St (that is pedestrianised) but need to get to Wilmot Street. You should alter your website to reflect this.

Very useful shop for those things you need but can't get elsewhere. Nice and very helpful staff. Car park to rear too, if you want to buy something heavy
