Friendly, helpful staff and very quick dispatch even for bespoke sized doors.Majorly let down by the courier they used, doors arrived a day late with no communication due to the courier's faulty phone system, not really an excuse in these days of mobiles and emails. Late is fine but tell me! In fairness Heritage did what they could to get information.Decent quality doors although make sure you are clear on the wood grades. I expected Rustic Prime to be evenly rustic but in reality they are pretty pristine with significant marks in a few places. If I order again I would go for Prime grade.Overall good for the money.

Can't beat on quality and like the price too. The ironmongery latch is quality and has a lovely sound and feel. Really quick and efficient too. Especially amazing now, when everyone else is all over the place.

I have bought a total of five doors from this company, not all at once but on five separate occasions; that makes me a four times return customer which speaks volumes.Reasons for purchasing:1) good quality.2) in my very old house none of the door frames in the listed walls are of standard width or height, nor are they level, square, parallel or even straight so every door is a bespoke fit. The ledged plank construction of the oak doors allows the intricate trimming required.3) I have use standard, stable and bi-fold doors, all available from stock.4) This is an old listed house; they look good.

i purchased some glass panel clamps for the landing as i replaced the wood panel with a polycarbonate panel , the clamps are really well made and of a high quality.i will certainly buy more of these when i fit the polycarbonate panels on the stairs.

we have bought oak doors from here twice now and have been highly delighted on both orders, the quality of the rustic oak is superb, just what we wanted. the only mistake WE made was not ordering the iron mongery with the first order, we ordered it separately from elsewhere first time round. when the second set of doors came with the hinges and handles they were twice as good as the ones we got offline first, well worth the money. the service and help over the phone matching the orders so they were the same doors was excellent too. cannot recommend them highly enough and we will go back to them if we want any more oak products

Excellent value and a very personal service, which was nice when we weren't local to the company. We ordered the rustic oak and were worried about the quality, but it was exactly what we wanted. They even made some doors to our specific sizes, which was great for some cupboards and other non-standard doors.Brilliant service, excellent quality and really good value prices.
