“I've now swapped Asda for Aldi. Still 4 letters but a hell lot cheaper. I can get great berry fruit at good price. They do soya yogurt and lactose free milk which I need. Agood range of vegetarian/vegan foods at good price. I like their Farmhouse loaf for toast. Look for the olives and tapas products. Salmon is a good price too. Quality stuff ? yes the checkouts are rushed but who wants to spend all day in a supermarket? ?”

“Convenient good location but really needs a gap in the fence to connect it to the main road pavement (wilsthorpe) so you don’t have to walk all the way around to get to it. It would be a very simple and small thing that would make a big difference.”

“There enough pumps to offer a quick service and the prices are very good. I have never had any problems with the fuel (diesel) quality. The payment methods are convenient for everyone and there are services for washing and cleaning the car plus enough area to leave the car for a while if you just want something from the shop.”
“Friendly, helpful staff with everything you would expect from a local coop.There is a fruit and vegetable section, fridges with ready meals, sandwiches, salads cooked meats and pies and dairy products and another isle dedicated to tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolate and a drinks isle stocked with a good selection and wine and beer. The spirits are behind the till with the cigarettes. The only downside to the shop is the very narrow isles”

“This is the best corner shop in the area serving the Dales and surrounding areas.Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and their young student staff the youngsters are very polite and helpful also parcel pick up for the major on line shops 5 star all day long”
